Attendee Agreement


This is an important legal agreement between the undersigned attendee (the “Attendee”), and GameDev Summit (“GDS”). In consideration of GDS allowing the Attendee to attend in-person the summit held on February 5-7, 2025, and details as follows (the “Event”):

Date:  February 5 to 7, 2025

Location: Boracay Island, Philippines

Address:  The Lind Boracay and Sea Wind Boracay Resort


Attendee hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.


I agree that the consequence of any misrepresentation on my part is the cancellation of my ticket, revocation of all privileges I am given, and a potential ban of my participation in this event or any event involving the Organizer moving forward. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Attendee’s Agreement (the "Agreement"):


A. Registration and Payment


  • I am aware and accept that the fee(s) may be subject to value-added tax, or any other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged in addition to the fee(s).

B. Cancellation and Refund


  • I hereby acknowledge that the terms governing event cancellation and refund procedures are governed by the Event Registration Terms and Conditions, to which I provided my consent at the time I registered for this event. 


C. Event Access and Credentials


  • I will ensure that my event badge or other credential/accessory/attachment needed to attend the event is clearly visible at all times while attending the GameDev Summit. I understand that sharing or transferring these without authorization is prohibited.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen event badge or other credential / accessory/attachment, I will promptly report the incident to the event staff.


D. Photography and Videography


  • I acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other forms of media may be taken during the event. By attending the GameDev Summit, I grant the Organizer permission to use my likeness in promotional materials.


E. Health and Safety

  • I am responsible for prioritizing my own health and safety throughout the GameDev Summit. I will adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the Organizer and event venue.
  • I understand that any accidents, injuries, or concerns should be reported to event staff in a timely manner.
  • I understand and accept that the Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for attendees who may pose health and safety risks to other attendees.


F. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. No foreign law shall apply in the application, interpretation, or jurisdiction of this Agreement.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pasig City, Philippines.


By checking the box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, in the Waiver of Liability, in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. I am aware that failure to adhere to the aforementioned conditions and policies may result in my removal from the event without a refund, and will make me liable for any damage my non-adherence would have caused.
